Boring (but necessary!) stuff you need to know:

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: All orders for imprinted products will be acknowledged via email or fax. Acknowledgements will indicate price discrepancies, missing prices, projected ship date and ship method.Orders for unimprinted products will not receive an acknowledgement.

AGE APPROPRIATENESS: Our products are not recommended for children under the age of five unless otherwise indicated. It is our responsibility to provide safe and compliant products and we take that responsibility very seriously. Look for this or similar warnings throughout our catalog.
 WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD-small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.

ART: Art can be e-mailed (PC only) to art@childtreasures.com. We accept Illustrator, Corel or EPS files. If your e-mail art has to be corrected or manipulated in any way, you may incur additional charges.

CLAIMS: All claims regarding our products must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order.

CO-OP PROGRAMS: We welcome all inquiries and will be happy to quote this for you.

FOUR COLOR PROCESS: Only available where indicated throughout the catalog. "Rush" service is not available for four color process.

FREIGHT QUOTES: Freight charges quoted are estimates only! Other charges (such as "dimensional weight") may apply.

FULFILLMENT: We offer "fulfillment" service such as poly-bagging several products together, even if they are not purchased from us. Please inquire.

HANDLING: A small handling charge of 7.50 (X) will be added per order if you choose to use your shipper (account) number.

INK CHANGES: 20.00 (X)

LARGE QUANTITIES: Please call for special quote for quantities greater than those advertised.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: 35.00 (X).  For imprinted products, the absolute minimum is one half of the lowest advertised quantity. No “LTM” charge or minimum order requirements for “blank” (unimprinted) products. IMPORTANT: “Less Than Minimum” is not available (does not apply to) the following: “RUSH” orders, co-op programs, "EQP" pricing, multi-color or four color process imprinting, custom labeled bubbles, custom insert cards, and any custom made products produced domestically or overseas exclusively for you.

PAPER PROOF: The first emailed or faxed proof is free. If subsequent proofs are required (not due to an error on our part) there will be a charge of 8.00 (X).

PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. 50% deposit is required for all special import orders and custom products including re-orders.

PLATE CHARGES: 45.00(X) per spot color, unless otherwise indicated.

PMS MATCHES: Our standard ink colors are listed below. Any special PMS number not listed will be 20.00 (X): white, black, reflex blue, process blue, PMS347C green, PMS185C red, PMS102C yellow, PMS021C orange, PMS202C burgundy, PMS168C brown, PMS871C metallic gold, PMS877C metallic silver, PMS PurpleC, PMS VioletC

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: 20.00 (X) set-up per color, plus the corresponding plate charge (per color) for that particular product. Freight is additional. Not available for custom labeled bubbles or imprinted insert cards.

PRICES/PRICE CHANGES: For products with an imprint, missing prices or price discrepancies will be indicated on your acknowledgement. For blank (unimprinted) orders with incorrect prices, you will be called. Published prices are subject to change during the course of the year-you will be notified.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE: Occasionally, the "appearance" (color, style) of an item may differ slightly from what is shown in the catalog.

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time is approximately 7 days. For custom labeled bubbles, allow approximately 15-20 days. For orders with custom insert cards, allow approximately 10-15 days. For custom activity books, allow approximately 4 weeks. For custom imported items, allow approximately 90-120 days. We cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, etc. "In-hand" dates must be specified on the order!

RETURNED CHECKS: You will be charged a bank fee of 25.00.

RUSH ORDERS: “RUSH” service is available for most products, please call for a quote. “RUSH” is not available for imprinted insert cards, co-op programs, "EQP", custom labeled bubbles, four color process imprints, custom made products produced overseas or domestically exclusively for you.

SAMPLES: Please provide your Federal Express or UPS account number, for transportation charges for random samples.

SET-UP: 17.00 set-up charge (per color) for exact repeats.

SHIPPING METHOD: We use UPS or Federal Express, unless you specify otherwise. You may use your shipper's account number if you prefer. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please call for a freight quote. For shipments via USPS, a service charge of 6.00 (X) per carton will be added to the postage charges. 

SPECIAL PACKAGING: We can poly-bag each item...call for details.

SPLIT DESTINATIONS: 5.00 (X) per location.
