Boring (but necessary!) stuff you
need to know:
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: All imprinted orders will be acknowledged via fax. Acknowledgements will indicate price discrepancies, missing prices, projected ship date and ship method.
AGE APPROPRIATENESS: Our
products are not recommended for children under the age of five.
ART: Art can be e-mailed
(PC only). We accept Illustrator, Corel or EPS files. If
your e-mail art has to be corrected or manipulated in
any way, you may incur additional charges. If you are
sending art via mail, camera ready art is required. If art is not
deemed "camera ready", art charges will apply and will
be quoted. Please do not fold, staple, clip (or otherwise
mutilate!) your original art. HELPFUL HINTS: Try to avoid fine lines, screens and half-tones whenever possible, for best appearance and legibility...especially when imprinting very small items. For maximum impact, excessive copy should also be avoided.
CLAIMS: All claims regarding our products must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.
CO-OP PROGRAMS: We
welcome all inquiries and will be happy to quote this for you.
FREIGHT QUOTES: Freight
charges quoted are estimates only! Other charges
(such as "dimensional weight") may apply.
FULFILLMENT: We
offer "fulfillment" service such as poly-bagging
several products together, even if they are not purchased from
us. Please inquire.
HANDLING: A small handling charge of 7.50 will be added per order.
INK CHANGES: 20.00
LARGE QUANTITIES: Please
call for special quote for quantities greater than those
advertised.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: 35.00 For imprinted products, the absolute minimum is one half of the lowest advertised quantity. No “LTM” charge or minimum order requirements for “blank” (unimprinted) products. IMPORTANT: “Less Than Minimum” is not available (does not apply to) the following: “RUSH” orders, co-op programs, multi-color imprinting, custom labeled bubbles, any custom made products produced domestically or overseas for you.
PAPER PROOF: No
charge for faxed paper proof.
PAYMENT: We
accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. 50% deposit
is required for all special import orders and custom
products including re-orders.
PLATE CHARGES: 45.00
unless otherwise indicated.
PMS MATCHES: 20.00
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: 45.00
for the plate, a 20.00 set-up charge and the shipping costs. For
the custom-labeled bubbles, please call for a quote.
PRICES/PRICE CHANGES: Incorrect or missing prices will be indicated on your faxed acknowledgement. Published prices are subject to change during the course of the year-you will be notified in writing.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE: Occasionally,
the "appearance" (color, style) of an item may differ
slightly from what is shown in the catalog.
PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time is approximately 10 days. For custom labeled bubbles, allow approximately 15 days. For custom activity books, allow approximately 4 weeks. For custom imported items, allow approximately 90-120 days. We cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, etc.
RETURNED CHECKS: You
will be charged a bank fee of 25.00.
RUSH ORDERS: “RUSH” service is available for most products, please call for a quote. “RUSH” is not available for custom labeled bubbles.
SAMPLES: No
charge for random samples shipped "ground." For
expedited methods of shipping (air) please provide your Federal
Express or UPS account number, or a credit card number (for
freight charges.)
SET-UP: 17.00
set-up charge (per plate) for exact repeats.
SHIPPING METHOD: We
use UPS or Federal Express, unless you specify otherwise. You
may use your shipper's account number if you prefer. "In-hand"
dates must be specified on the order!
SPECIAL PACKAGING: We
can poly-bag each item...call for details.
SPLIT DESTINATIONS: 5.00
per location.
TYPESETTING: 12.00.
TYPESETTING WITH PASTE-UP: 23.00.
TYPESETTING CURVED OR ARCHED
COPY: ADD 7.00 TO THE
ABOVE CHARGES.
WEIGHTS: Weights shown are approximate. Some items are shipped as "dimensional" weight.
